The hiring process was long. I was immediately scheduled to speak with a recruiter who shortly followed up with another follow up interview with the manager. I didn’t hear back for about 2 months and eventually got into a second interview. Although it took months for me to get an offer, I’m so happy that I waited to hear back. My onboarding coordinator was very caring, checked with me throughout the process and occupational health staff were so friendly! I was sick prior to my appointments for occupational health and a quick 1:1 to touch base about the role and everyone was extremely accommodating to me. Everyone worked well to make sure all the boxes for onboarding was checked!
