Interview with recruiter A bit of a long process with less an ideal communication stream Followed with interview with hiring manager that was very conversational. Interview covered a lot, felt like a blur. Left feeling unsure of my performance. 2 weeks later I was contacted by the recruiter, they asked again why I was looking for a new position and my current salary. I answered then they said they would call back after meeting with the manager. The recruiter called back 20 minutes later and offered me the job.
