Colloquio
The interview process is basically three or four partners taking 10 minutes to meet with you and ask about your interests and educational past. You'll meet with one partner who will pretend to care about you and then bail the second another knocks on the door. Once you talk to the three or four partners, they will ask you to leave and call you later in the day.
