Unexpected group interview; seems to be a glorified pyramid scheme; second interview includes having to go in the field to try to sell packages with current employees; claim to be focused on developing leaders to manager others selling in people’s homes

I actually accidentally applied for the job at BL Legacy but I decided to go in for the interview. I wasn’t looking for a career switch but I figured that I should see what they have to offer. I ended up driving 2 hours for the interview and when I got to the office I sat in the lobby and noticed a few Gary Vaynerchuk books. I got excited about it and I ended up talking about it to the admin. A few seconds later the manager Eileen Hoskins actually popped out of her office where I found out that she enjoys listening to him as much as I do. We had an instant connection. I actually ended up interviewing with another person and during the interview Eileen Hoskins went over the program very thoroughly. We spoke about the opportunity for growth and financial freedom. The ability to cut my own paycheck sparked my interest because I like betting on myself. I prefer to have control over what I do vs people telling me how many hours I can work and how much my paycheck will be. A few days later, I was offered a job with BL Legacy. I accepted the position because I fell in love with the culture and the mindset. I was once told that you are the average of the 5 people you surround yourself most with. Those people have helped me grew so much in the past few months than I would’ve ever imagine. Its time to build Zeal Empire.
