I had worked for Blackhawk as a Battlestaff Instructor, when my boss switched positions she recommended me as her replacement, I was unsure if i wanted to move into the Business Development world. When the President called me and welcomed me to the BD team..I couldnt refuse her so i accepted the position, salary unknown at the time. Blackhawk has excellent management, and work environment.
