Applied straight through a third party website. Received an assessment which had to be completed (15 pages long, lot of unclear instructions and no clarity around what they really want to assess). You have to understand their solution in order to do the assessment good. (which could take a few hours). After you have an interview with the HR person who was nice however, did not know anything about the job in question, what is the day to day role/duties and sometimes when I answered a question, she did not pay attention what I was saying as she was chatting with somebody on Slack... I was told that they will invite me to another round if they feel I did the assessment right. (Which never happened). Overall, I think their recruitment process is over complicated and instead of giving a "halfway done and not clearly defined assessment" to their candidates, they should really spend some time to shape up their Talent management process, as to me who is not working there looks like a company has high expectations but not really have clear processes in place.

First we started with a short phone screening with the recruiter. Then they provided a 15 pages long case study to work on. It assessed your PM skills. Then there were two round of interviews with different levels of hiring managers. Mostly questions about previous experience, behavioural interview questions and questions to see if you are a good cultural fit.
