The interview was comprised of technical questions and soft skills. Technical questions include network troubleshooting, SQL command examples, operating systems (both Linux and Windows) configuration and troubleshooting, etc. The soft skills including a role play with troubleshooting Control-M workload automation software with a client experiencing a critical production issue.

I had a 30 minutes phone screen with the project manager. The next step was a 1-hour technical interview with two members of the team and lastly an on-site interview with all members of the team. The whole process from phone screening to a final decision took 6 weeks.

Worst interview I have ever been.
The interview was ok in the beginning & later hiring manager was rushing because the room was booked for sales meeting. Hiring manager did not ask a single question about me or my career.
Second thing the HR is very poor on response, after numerous emails, after month & half they came back. Absolutely lost the interest of the company. Complete waste of time.
