Interesting interviews with engaged team members, the process started great but did go somewhat downhill. I was asked to complete quite a big a task which took a long time to complete, was only loosely hypothetical, and included strategy work that could be still be used by internal teams. After this interview I was rejected after a 4 week wait via automated email. No feedback given when requested.

Two stage interview was standard. Initial conversation with the team manager that was held virtually and then the second stage was with the head of the team, team manager and a couple of members of the team.

2 stage interview process, met with manager of role and then person currently in role. Conversation with both, went through CV and career to date and discussed reason for leaving each role. Nice and informal, more like a chat than structured interview.
