The interview process is lightning fast. They will often hire you same day or the next day. The interview itself is one of the easiest interviews you will ever experience. They're really just looking to see what kind of personality you are and making sure that you are relatively intelligent. There are no hard hitting, scripted questions. You'll probably talk to 3 or 4 people but if you are well spoken and relaxed you're probably in.

Excel test and meeting with management. Overall not a bad interview. Seemed like nice people. Pretty straight forward interview. Only took one day instead of several days. Interview was on a Friday.
