I was approached directly by the HR/Talent manager. The 1st interview was conducted by phone, essentially to build a profile of me, the role and the company. The 2nd interview was in person, with the same HR/Talent manager and the current Incumbent. The 3rd stage interview was with the Director of Group Reporting and the Head of Accounting.
