I was contacted very quickly after submitting my resume and had a phone interview scheduled with a recruiter in HR to go over my resume within a week of applying. The conversation was brief and I was informed that I would be contacted within the week for an in person interview with the hiring manager. I received an email a week later that I was not a good fit for the position.
