Position was an internal transfer, so the interview was more a formality. There was not too much pressure as the interviewers had a good opinion, based on prior experience. However, the interviewers still did a formal job asking the right questions on how the position would be managed. Interviews at BMO are still very professional based on strong processes.

very easy a lot of funny questions interviews are kind and reasonable questions; does not need a lot of preparation; you should act like you have some experience in the indsutry

It is long process having multiple rounds, meet HR, meet hiring teams, meet hiring manager and his manager. They happen in 2 weeks span. And haven't heard back till another 2 weeks.
