My friend suggested BMO as she works for them and she referred my resume to her manager. after applying online on their website, they called for asking a time for a phone interview after 2 weeks. A recruiter called me and the phone interview lasted 20 minutes. personal and professional and behavioral questions.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
