I applied online for a position at BMO and I called the branch to show them my interest in the job. A week later I received an e-mail to do a phone interview. The phone interview took something like 40 minutes and they asked me question like: how would you upsell a product? Tell me about one time where you needed to break the company's policy and what you did about it after... after that I receive a call to do a face to face interview. A week later BMO called me to tell me that I was select and got the job. The managers that did my face to face interview were really nice and did everything possible to make the interview easy going. I felt really relaxed and confident during the whole thing and after.
