      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso BMO Financial Group (Mississauga, ON) nel mese di giu 2018

      Colloquio

      BMO Financial Group is a bit lazy in replying to the candidates after they submit their initial application and resumes. There's an online assessment that's sent to you via email after your resume gets past their Applicant Tracking System. If you ace your online assessment, you are invited to a phone interview. The recruiter who interviewed me over the phone was pretty helpful and in fact, motivated and guided me, how to answer in front of the in-person interviewer. She put me through to the next step in hiring i.e. an in-person interview, the following day itself. The in-person interview was taken by a single interviewer and she asked me situational and behavioral questions and made me role-play a real contact centre agent by answering a baffled customer (fake!) whose credit card just got deactivated. Overall the interview went well and I was very hopeful of landing a job offer, but was disappointed to receive the rejection email after a week. I asked the interviewer from some constructive feedback as to why I was not offered the position but there was no reply from her. I think they prefer hiring too outgoing and funky people who would not mind being snubbed or working extra hours.
