3 phase interviews, HR phone screening. Then HR face 2 face . Very old school and unrealistic questions being asked by HR. Technical manager have no clue what they are looking for. So you basically have to fake it. Very predictable technical questions being asked for a senior technical position, but I had to pretend that i'm OK with it, because I wanted that Job .
