A recruiter contacted me from LinkedIn. I shared professional references, they actual called my previous manager. I also submitted Java 8 (IKM) and JavaScript tests to the recruiter. After I submitted my tests and the recruited took my professional references, the process was really quick. I got my interview within 3 days, and I got my offer just 2 days after my interview.
