After applied online, I received an email the next day from BMO, it was a digital interview invitation. I practiced and then take the interview through my phone the next day, it was a little strange to talk to the camera, but it has several questions that you can practice before the interview begin. You may have 1-2 minutes to finish your answer and click the button to the next one. I don't have the sales experience so I did not receive any feedback after that.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
