interviewed by an agile coach and a scrum master, asking questions about scrum theory and its application, plus challenges faced and how overcome, detailed questions on planning and building agile mindsets
Phone with recruiter then 2 zoom video calls. Agile coach then hiring manager. Each call about 30 minutes. Nothing too hard or long. Basic questions about scrum and going through history.

The interview process was in a couple of stages. First, it was conducted over the phone, where the employer took the time to know a little more about me and vice-versa. Afterward, I was interviewed in front of a panel of three people.
