The interview is standard. BIG TIP - Make full use of the opportunity to ask the hiring manager QUESTIONS! VERY IMP! Please ask them about the hybrid structure. I have known people who were promised 2 days wfh, but in reality, it was only one, and that too, you have to prove your 'worth' for a few months, and come in 5 days a week, then only you get the 1 day wfh.
