Applied online. Had a phone interview with HR. All of the questions were about my experiences and why this job and why BMO. Then had a super day where I met with 5 current analyst or associates. Lots of technical questions about valuations and financial statements. Also behavior and fit questions.

First round was fairly easy and straight forward final round was PE question heavy, but still pretty easy. No Paper LBO, no merger math. Some weird Behavioral scenarios in both first round and final round.

Virtual Interview with existing team members - associates followed by seniors in later rounds. Technical heavy with some questions on behaviourals. Overall a pretty standard process for IB interviews. Nothing additional to share

Fair interview for the job - I thought the questions they asked were reasonable and typical of what you would consider a standard interview to entail. Typical length as well.
