Applied online and got a response within 2 days to set up a digital interview. Digital interview was straightforward, with general questions about working in a team environment and times you went above and beyond expectations.
Second came the online assessment. Was pretty easy, with both math and behavioral type questions.
Third came the phone interview. Phone interview was easy, with questions about future aspirations and some run-down of the job details (salary, hours etc.)
Finally scheduled a face-to-face interview. Three portions of the interview, 1. Basic Info about the Job and what to expect 2. Going through my resume and talking about work experiences only 3. Behavioral type questions looking for specific examples and situations of when sales/customer service was provided.
(Note: Still waiting for an offer)

I got my phone interview last week, and about three days later, I got the face to face interview.
The experience is good and HR was very thoughtful. Be passionate when doing the interview.
