Got a webcam interview, had to answer some simple questions about customer service. I didn't have experience, which made it harder for me to answer. There were a few multiple choice quesitons asking about availability and such. There were 5 short answer question, each had 3 minutes to record your answer and 30 seconds to prepare you answer.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
