I applied online through a recruitment e-mail. Got first call nearly after 2 months. It was really lengthy process from beginning (applying for the job) and then for interview with unclear next steps. Had following interviews:
- Phone interview (HR)
- First in person interview with hiring manager
- 2nd in person interview with director
- 3rd in person interview with 2nd director (service area)

Recruiter reached out via linked in. Two rounds of interviews. First a standard are you crazy phone screen. Then a more in depth day with 5 different folks on site. They are pretty picky it seems. Lots of questions about specific operational processes. Very curious about how things were done at my current employer. Friendly folks though. Everyone kept offering me water.
