Extremely unprofessional and totally waste of time. Feels like they were not actually hiring people by asking questions interviewers unable to respond what they want. Like they are expecting someone who work in the entry level part time minimum paid job for 5 years. Would never recommend it.

I received an email from BMO inviting me to complete a video interview by BMO by a certain deadline after applying online with my resume & cover letter on BMO's career Workday website. The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
