There are two interviewers (an HR representative and a branch manager), who will first brief you on the job duties of this role. They will then provide you with interactive role play scenarios to assess your ability to answer questions promptly. After the role play, there will be a Q&A session.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
