First interview was about a brief intro. Instead of in-person, it was totally online and you just have to record yourself. Make sure your mic is fine and if you want to re-submit your answer, YOU HAVE TO CLICK THE BUTTON BEFORE TIME ENDS. I thought it was automatic so I didnt click and I failed

2 round. 1 hirevue and 1 with hiring manager and upper level manager. The overall process from applying to offer took 3 weeks. Even though I applied for Data Analyst they didnt ask much technical question.

It was a one way interview asking mostly personal questions related to your resume. Multiple tries available. Asked why do you want to work at BMO, when was a time when you made a mistake etc.
