Applied through online campus application system. The initial 30 min phone interview was with an HR recruiter and not a hiring manager. The questions in the phone screen are purely behavioural, and there are no analytical testing questions. But be prepared to talk about your experience in finance, especially with software programs like Excel and Bloomberg.
If you put that you speak French in your resume, the interviewer will switch to French without warning and ask you if you would consider working in Montreal.
Generic behavioural interview questions such as - name a time you had to influence someone? Conflict with a group? Proudest accomplishment? Strengths/weaknesses?

Screening process was quick. Followed by a virtual interview with 3 managers. Very quick and easy. Was able to meet some of the direct team members to get a sense of the team dynamic.
