I applied online and received an email to schedule a phone interview. The lady was very nice and guided me throughout the whole process. After passing the phone interview, I had an interview scheduled with both the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manger approximately 2 weeks later. I was asked similar questions to my phone interview (behavioural).

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
