The interview dealt mostly with questions based on how to deal with customers. The interviewer was quite experienced and asked the questions in a conversational manner. The result of the hiring process was conveyed to the candidates only after a very long time.

Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
