BMO did not want to pay their employees industry standard. My interview with Craig Poegel was a complete lie. He promised things he never delivered on and never intended on. He claims you can move up. However, he stopped anyone from leaving Private Bank team because he had difficulty replacing them. He never asked important questions regarding qualifications and knowledge. Instead, he talked about himself the entire time.
