3 part interview- phone/meeting/meeting part 2 - they then allow you to sit and watch a banker do their job to see if you pick up on it. They definitely do a good job of easing you into the position

3 total interviews, Meeting 1:1 with the managers, do a background check to make sure everything is ok. Met with the head manager and she asked just basic questions to make sure I knew what I was talking about.
