One interview with a representative in HR and one with Finance management. I had applied online after receiving a referral and followed up with them on the phone and through email. It was a very smooth interview process, with very few behavioral interview questions asked, if any. It was mostly conversational. Both the first and final round interviews were done on site.

interesting, simple, 3 rounds, with manager, director, colleagues, all credit risk questions, technical round. they gave me a case study and I had to solve it and do the credit underwriting.

Had a screen with recruiter, then 2 behavioral interviews (with hiring manager and another member of the team). Offer came within 1-2 days after. Recruiter was very responsive during the process

Work experience, behavioral questions such as how do you manage stressful situations
Two interviews. Asked mainly about my excel skills and modeling experience. Come prepared with knowledge about how BMO makes money and tell them about you financial analysis skills. Bonus points if you are up-to-date on relevant macro-economic news.
