It was straight forward interview process. Overall it was a positive work experience. Met with friendly people and was nervous at first but they made me feel good. A Colleague prepared me so I knew what to expect and prepared my answers. Great place to work. Recommend!

i applied for customer service representative job online, and i received an one way digital interview the next day. It gives one week to prepare and finish the interview. There's about 10 questions in total. Mostly are behavior questions.
