After my internship I applied via the BMW job portal. After positive feedback, I was invited for a virtual interview (because I live in NL and my manager was in Munich). This interview is normally F2F. Interview started informal and gives both parties an opportunity to get to know each other. This was followed by a 15 minute technical interview on my achievements and how to apply my knowledge in this role.
