Wurde per Mail von mehreren Abteilungen kontaktiert. Unbedingt Bewerbung für den Bewerberpool sichtbar machen. Nach ersten Telefongespräch mit Praktikantin würde ich zum persönlichen Gespräch eingeladen. Gespräch war angenehm mit Teamchefin und ehemaliger Praktikantin. Arbeitskultur sehr hierarchisch.
