Easy going, they ask you technical questions related to the position you are applying for. They explain the group's work and the team. Usually there are many people present in the meeting. Different people can do different question.

Very chill interview. Was asked C#, OOP and behavioral questions. Curriculum vitae was analyzed in details make sure to prepare it. Interviewers were quite nice, no pressure was put. Department specific interviews are a big thing at BMW.
