At the time of my hiring, I was only the third person my manager had put through the new corporate hiring process. It was a little bumpy, but I'm pretty understanding. I had to do a phone interview, an online application, I went in and dropped off a paper application and a resume, came in for a face to face with my manager and would have seen the GM too, but had to come back another time when he was free for an interview with him. Finally, after being hired, I had to come in to take a test, fill out paperwork, and then go do a drug screen.
