Interview was a complete farce!! I was told I was leading candidate and they were looking to bring me on board within the next 2 weeks. I was also informed they needed to interview 2 more candidates to show they interviewed a set number of potential candidates. During the 2 weeks after my initial interview I was receiving calls from Comp. recruiter stating I was leading candidate and they are completing final steps before bring me on board. I was called again and asked to come into office to meet with IS Technical Support team member to discuss job duties and ask questions I have about position after meeting with team member I met with an administrator and was interviewed again for IS Technical Support position. It was during this interview I realized I was being given a Compliance Interview and they never had any intentions of hiring me or any other minority. They were just going through the motion to be in Compliance with the law and to show minorities are being considered / interviewed. I received a call roughly 2 weeks after final interview and was informed they are going to hire someone from within the company. This is most unethical Company I have ever dealt with.
