At BNP you go through two different interviews. The first interview is informal, they mostly tell you about the company and get to know you. After this interview you meet with two to three more people. During this time they delve deeper into the interview process to see if you're a good fit

Had an interview with the publisher. Asked about background, experience, if I was familiar with the brand. I told him that I was not. I did not work in the industry.
Easy quick. Interviewer was very easy to talk to, asked good questions, conversation flowed. Basic interview questions. Make sure you have your own questions prepared. I went through a couple round of I interviews on the phone and in person.
