Technical, competence based but intended to show AML skill. Lots on focus on trade based money laundering and the implementation of risk based reviews and processes. The interviewer had a great knowledge of the department and was able to communicate effectively. the overall process was relaxed and the interviewer clearly articulated what the role would encompass. Overall interview was concise and comprehensive

The questions asked were not technical, focusing more on general competencies and situational judgment. Despite completing both interview rounds, I did not receive any follow-up communication from the team regarding the outcome.

Questions that involved using the star approach to respond.
Very good. Interviewer was good and asked questions that pertained to how I will work and whether i fit in into the team. First thing the interviewer said was, I do not need to know where you are from or where you have studied, I just want to know whether you can work.
