2 different interviews with local and central management of IG including questions about motivation, mindset, team spirit, technical questions. The interview includes a presentation of the function. We need to pass an English test. Q/A at the end of the interview.

Long et procédural. C'est une batterie de test réglementaires et d'entretiens opérationnel. C'est assez long et assez classique au final. Petite touche négative venant d'un RH qui a pour unique but d'essayer de monter sa domination factice sur les candidats (très hautain et comportement bancale)
