I applied for part-time job in HK. Three junior traders interviewed me in person at the company. The interview is not that formal but included a lot of both technical and general questions.

To my surprise all over the phone. Short sweet and to the point. Not a hard process or hard questions. Nice to talk to all different types of members of the team, even the other trade assistants. Just seemed like everyone was too busy to interview.
