Interview was very short and specific. I was asked all related to the job profile. Person was interested if I have experience in Credit Card related regulation and implementation of technology. The interviewer was not interested if I have accounting , IFRS, SOX, Technology and GAAP experience, he was interested if I know dodd frank law. It sucks...It like asking Neil Armstron that we do not need a guy who walked on moon or is an astronaut , we need a guy who slept on floor for 2 seconds(because someone wrote in the book). They are sometimes looking for the people who have 45 days experience sleeping in Everest Base Camp but not a climber who spend 1 week each at the 4 base camps and climbed mount everest. I know they hired someone who does not have it experience, accounting experience, they again looking for a technical person....its a joke...Karma.
