An in-person interview with the team's VICE president, follow up by an interview with the director. Human resources calls you and sets up an interview. You then go to your 1:1 interview and if they are interested Human Resources will give you a call back.

El proceso de entrevista constó de varias fases. Primero una entrevista telefónica con RR. HH. centrada en motivación, experiencia previa y encaje cultural. Posteriormente tuve una entrevista técnica con el equipo, con preguntas de análisis financiero, valoración y casos prácticos. Finalmente, una entrevista más informal para evaluar soft skills y disponibilidad. El proceso fue ágil, bien estructurado y con buena comunicación en todo momento

HR was initially excited to talk to me. Then no feedback. Months later, I get the call. We talk with hiring manager. He sounds uninterested in his position. Motivation to join was low. This also meant no feedback again for months. Scheduling was slow with time spent still no feedback whatsoever
