Questions with TA were standard, the management interview raised some red flags as to the management style.

Interview and selection process is extremely slow. (Porto offices)
After the 1st interview, which I thought had went well, the recruiter promised I would receive feedback within a week.
I followed up 2 weeks later since I had received no feedback and the recruiter informed me that I would receive about my application feedback shortly.
Fast forward to this week, I received the most generic rejection email email from a no-reply email address. For me, as an HR professional it is unacceptable to interview a candidate and never speak to him again or at least offer some constructive feedback.
Process is really slow as well, almost 2 months from start to finish.
Since this is not the first time I had this poor experience with the company, I will not apply again to any open vacancies.
