Applied online - the process took a couple of weeks. Based on my location at the time I had two Skype interviews. Both of the interviews lasted about 30 minutes.

Questions were mostly behavioral. However, technical questions included bond valuation, basic market knowledge, and a investment strategy question.
Two rounds, second one being in person. Second round had three different interviewers. Overall good process. Generally straight forward questions. If you follow markets closely and are prepared to discuss your interests in them the interviews should go well.

first round telephone only so nothing related to financial market and just all maths related questions. for example, brain teasers and mental quick maths. one hour online. and at the end ask questions to interviewer so come with questions prepared.
