Standard interview through my graduate school recruiting, 1 on 1 interview with senior guy, interview was for Fixed Income Sales & Trading, for Sales side. A brief walk through resume and after that a bit of discussion on current market situation and also on my career interest. Also, I was told more about the role, etc. Interviewer was laid back and positive, no tough questions, more like a fit type of interview.

Are you more interested in Sales or in Structuring role and why?
Interesting and thought provoking. Interviewers were professional and kind. Some tough technicals asked but expected for the job. Overall, a very positive experience. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

test psychométrique et entretien avec managers, les questions entretiens sont les connaissances de la banque, les motivations et sur le métier de Chargé d'affaires associate. les directeurs commerciales ont aussi très sympa et accueillantes et on a eu une discussion agréables

Several interviewers, but the questions asked were quite the expected. After the interview, the responses are not quick, it takes time to receive feedback and sometimes you need to ask for it yourself.
