First I had a phone call with the HR assistant, then I had several interviews with: Operations Director , Hr and Manager of my department. finaly i wait like 2 weeks for the resultat of my hiring.

Colloquio
The first interview was with HR who gave me an introduction about BNPP and suggested another vacancy thanks to one of the qualifications on my CV. The second interview was with the team leader. They wanted to know who I am and my motivations.

The interview process is very similar to other companies. They ask questions on past experience and give you situations. They also ask about your technical skills on excel and office ex pivot tables, vlookups, summits etc The managers are very nice and its a comfortable enviornment
