Applied through on campus recruiting. First round was on campus, consisted of 90min interviews (2 separate interviews, both contained behavioral and case questions). The cases were pretty straightforward (one was find why profits fell, the other was a brain teaser).
The interviewers said that CIB consulting NA is quite new (NYC office was established only in 2013), so there are only 15 people currently working there. The first interviewer had a thick french accent, but was fairly nice, the second interviewer was a Chinese lady who had better English, but was quite mean (the usual stuff, like checking the phone etc.)

First round was 2 interviews, each had a small case. final round was 3 interviews, same format. The CIB consulting team runs its own HR, which made this the worst recruiting experience of my life. No responses to emails, terrible communication, wouldn't give feedback after decisions were made, interviewers showed up late and seemed to be angry from the beginning...definitely should use company HR going forward.
